After a 2-mile run around my neighborhood, I decided to try the scientific 7-minute workout. I’ve seen this workout on Pinterest and I’ve read other blogger’s reviews, so I decided to try it for myself. The app that I downloaded onto my phone made it super easy by providing a stopwatch to countdown during each of the exercises and between each exercise (the app is called ‘7 Minutes’)
I did each exercise for 30 seconds with a 10-second break between each exercise. The app lets you dictate how long you do each exercise and how long your break is, so I plan to increase the time as I get better at each exercise. You can also set the app to do more than one round of the workout. I ended up doing two rounds and it was pretty tough!
The best part: I did this whole workout in my living room!
